Deathslinger aiming sensitivity [PC]

I found that while aiming with the Deathslinger the sensitivity reduces drastically. This wouldn't be a problem since you can have a more precise shot. The thing is that I don't find a correlation between the lack of sensitivity and the zoom it gives also taking in mind that the harpoon is not hitscan , would be better if the aiming sensitivity is a little bit higher.
Someone else considered this?
