Legion Ability Rework Ideas

Okay, so I want you guys to give ideas for each of these as well. You can do all of these or choose one or two.

  • Rework for current Feral Frenzy
  • Rework for new ability based off of the trailer and advertisements.
  • Rework for an ability that is completely new and unhinted at, but would still fit with the character.

I'll do one myself:

Ability: Darkness Among Us - (based off of trailer and advertisements, yes, I used the chapter name).

Recharge Time: 45 seconds

After hitting a survivor, The Legion is able to press the Active Ability button to disguise themselves as the hit survivor. Doing so will grant the Undetectable status effect, and they will look exactly like the survivor (including cosmetics, charms, etc). At this time, The Legion can do survivor actions such as repairing generators and cleansing totems, but no progress will be made. He can also vault pallets while disguised, but he cannot enter lockers or drop pallets. If The Legion does co-op actions, the game will detect them as an additional survivor, but no extra progress will be made. Even emotes (i.e. pointing) can be done while playing as The Legion. While disguised, The Legion is slightly slower than the other survivors at 3.8m/s.

While disguised as a survivor for at least 5 seconds, your basic attack button as well as your secondary mouse button will appear. Pressing the basic attack button will undisguise The Legion while initiating a basic attack. Pressing the secondary mouse button will trigger Feral Frenzy. When you use your basic attack or when Feral Frenzy is over, the ability's gauge will go to zero and begin to recharge.

Special Ability: Feral Frenzy

You will immediately undisguise and your movement speed will be increased to 5.2 m/s. You are able to injure survivors, but attacking an Injured survivor (regardless if they were injured by the ability or not) will stop Feral Frenzy and initiate a cooldown of 3 seconds. The Legion will no longer be able to vault pallets, and the Deep Wound status effect will not be applied. Killer instincts will still be intact, and it will only detect healthy survivors. Ability has a duration of 10 seconds.
