I will never forget...
...the magical few hours last night / this morning when SWF was disabled. For the very first time since starting this game, I finally understood how it was meant to be played. It was so freakin’ fun! Nobody knew each other, no comms (maybe? I’m on ps4) survivors played scared and cautiously, killers had to roam entire maps and try to predict the actions of four randos... The matches lasted a good while, I noticed a lot was being done on both sides and we all got a respectable amount of points. Best of all - nobody dared to be toxic without their buddies around. It was such a blast! Can we please have a non-swf option? It is such a great game when everyone is on a level playing field. Did anybody else experience this magic moment yesterday? How did you guys like it? And also, what was up with that randomly happening?

I played as solo survivor and get nothing but a brunch of buffoon and morons for teammates and I play on PS4. Please lead me to the magical place of fun gameplay you speak of.

solo survivor experience is terrible.

Lol you can tell this is coming from a killer main.
Solo survivor is garbage and you have to put in 200% effort for at best a 10% chance of escaping.

Which proves the point, swf is what makes the game competitive. 4 randoms will most likely get stomped.

yeah the game should be going in the direction of making communication much more available for solo's and buffing killers to SWF levels imo. The difference between the two is ridiculous.

I will say though that when a group of solos manages to get their act together and plays efficiently, the quad escape feels pretty sweet....

Which is a good bit of the time at higher ranks where survivors arent boosted potatoes. When true high rank survivors are all solo, it doesnt matter, because they pay attention and dont hook rush, etc.
SWF isnt "the same" as solo, at all, but just being SWF isnt what makes you good.

Agree 100%! I was just telling a friend how much more fun I have as a red rank survivor because people know what they need to do to win and they tend to do it very efficiently.
