Does Stridor make the grunts go further away?

I mean, is this just a volume change, or with the volume change the killer can hear the grunts from further away?


Btw, im using it with Spirit and it is very LOL to hear them grunting so loud. Al.most a meme.

    at the moment cause of the sound issues where it works and sometimes doesnt in terms of survivors grunting and pain noises stridor is very weak but normallly it is just a increase of volume so survivors grunt and pains are louder.

    The sound noises are not as prominent as some players make it out to be, but yes, this can still happen regardless of how often it occurs in-game.

    But as you also said, if it was working as intended than it would only increase the noises for "Grunts of Pain" by 50% and overall breathing at 25% (This is Tier lll Stridor btw). This perk is only good for Killers that can down Survivors pretty quickly like The Spirit, The Nurse, The Oni, etc. But it's mostly used on The Spirit because of how her phase walking works.
