Random kicks from games?

So I'm getting randomly kicked from games not sure how it's happening my internet connection is solid. I'm not actually signing out from the PS4 and it puts me back to the lobby where it tells me that I'm being penalized for 5 minutes because I left the game. What the hell is going on? Anyone else having this issue?
