Can't unhook survivor against doctor

Pretty sure its a semi-known issue on this thread, but me or any other survivor that tries, can't unhook for whatever reason against a doctor. Not sure what did it, it was very unclear and didn't have that shock near a player add-on. Only happened to the first guy on death hook
