Killer: Arnold Highmoon, The Monster

Lore: Working as scientist during times of Cold War, Arnold and his team were pressured by The Country to work on a drug capable of transforming normal people into deadly but completely obedient supersoldiers. Continuosly working overtimes and under stress, many people were burning out and developing mental illnesses. Despite that, progress on the drug was minimal. It was then that The Country decided to motivate the scientists with more radical means by lying that their families had been murdered by Enemy Country, in order to instill feelings of hate and revenge into them. The plan backfired however as Arnold, pushed over the brink, decided to ingest the undeveloped drug himself and went berserk. When Country lost contact with the Lab they sent out investigators, but the only thing they discovered were mutilated corpses of scientists and a lingering black fog.

 

Power: Berserk

 

Special Attack: Mutated Arm

Press and hold the Power Button to fully charge and activate Mutated Arm.

Once charged, press the Attack button to stretch Your arm forward. If the attack hits a Survivor they’re rooted for a second and their Aggression is considerably increased, but they are dealt no damage.

Once charged, press the Active Ability button to pull Yourself towards a vault location and automatically perform a vault action.

 

Aggression

Successfully hitting Survivors with Basic Attack or with Mutated Arm inflicts them with Aggression Status Effect. Aggression ranges from 0 to 100%, and can be increased by Killer attacks or Survivors performing actions (repairing generators, sabotaging hooks, cleansing totems etc.).

 

The higher the Aggression level is, the more likely it is for Survivor to go Berserk. Once Berserk, they will lash out uncontrollably at the nearest object and lose some Aggression afterwards. This includes:

-     damaging a Generator and regressing it

-     dropping down a Pallet

-     destroying a dropped Pallet

-     injuring another Survivor

If Berserk ends without Survivor doing anything, they will scream and be unable to move for a short while.

 

Perk 1: Destroy and Seek

After hooking a Survivor, Auras of all dropped Pallets are revealed to You for 40/50/60 seconds.

While the perk is active, destroying a dropped Pallet reveals all Survivors' locations to you for 3 seconds and deactivates the perk.

 

Perk 2: Forget anything?

While there is a Survivor on a Hook, Survivors who touch any Totem suffer from Oblivious Status Effect for 35/40/45 seconds and their location is revealed for 4 seconds.

 

Perk 3: Only One Way Out

Once all Generators are completed, opening an Exit Gate by Your own hand blocks the other Exit Gate from being opened for 40/50/60 seconds and resets its opening progression.





Survivor: Hannah Montery

Lore: A photography student, Hannah heard rumours of strange happenings in nearby forest. Mutilated corpses of animals were being found by local hunters, with injuries that couldn’t be done by any known animal. Hannah went into the forest to investigate and was never seen again.

 

Perk 1: Photographic Memory

After any Aura has been revealed to You and then disappeared, it persists at its last seen location for 3/4/5 seconds. Effect resets if same Aura is revealed to You again.

 

Perk 2: Dark Insight

You cleanse Totems at 50% of the normal speed.

Once You cleanse a dull Totem, a random Hex Totem is revealed to You for 3/4/5 seconds and You suffer from full effects of it until it has been cleansed.

 

Perk 3: Breathe In

While in Dying State after laying still for 5 seconds your Aura will not be shown to the Killer and Grunts of Pain are reduced by 100% for 20/25/30 seconds. Effect ends early if You move. Can only be triggered once per Dying State.
