Nea's grunts of pain are bugged

I've noticed that, even when I'm using Iron Will lvl 3, nea still grunts of pain. When I'm not using it and I'm against Legion, after mending, Nea stops grunting. This occurs occasionally, though. Anyone have noticed that as well?

    It's not just Nea; this is a bug that's been in the game for some time now.

    You'll also experience a bug where even when healthy, you will still moan after being woken up by another survivor when against Freddy.
