Should this perk be in game once dead by daylight is fully balanced?

Olympian Runner: Your training for the Summer Olympics has given you the strength to live during life or death situations.

For each chase you win against the killer gain a token to a maximum of four. Speed buffs do not stack. Cannot use exaustion perks.

Token 1: Gain the same speed as the killer while in chase for 40 seconds once the killer has blood lust 1.

Token 2: Gain a slightly faster speed than the killer while in chase for 20 seconds once the killer reaches blood lust 2.

Token 3: Gain a considerably faster speed than the killer in each chase for 6 seconds once the killer reaches bloodlust 3.

Token 4: Your constant running from the killer has made you exhausted. You lose your speed buff against the killer. However you gain a 50% boost in pallet throw down speed and a 5% vaulting speed for the remainder of the trial.

I'm fully aware that this game is mostly survivor sided which is why I want your opinion on this perk based on the future of dead by daylight when its fully balanced and fair. I'm also aware that killers like the huntress dont have a advantage in speed which is also another reason why I want your opinion based on balancing of the game.

Yes this perk should be added once the games fully balanced

The addition of requiring the killer to hit a certain level of bloodlust before you get the speed boost is a nice balance method.

The 4th token could also be a great way to counter dedicated servers.

Sorry, but no, not unless you want it to immediately become unbalanced again.

This game will never, and can never, be fully balanced

Yea ik this perk sounds over powered, but if other killer perks are added I feel like this wont be a problem. Play with your food is kinda a counter. I dont mind your awnser though, it is a good thought.

First of all, the game will most likely never be 100% balanced. It is as close as balanced as it ever was, but 100% balanced is not possible.

Second, if it is balanced, there is no Bloodlust anymore. Bloodlust is a band-aid, meaning that it will not be needed if this game would be balanced.

Third, Movement Speed is somthing where you need to be REALLY careful. There is a reason why PWYF is quite a weak Perk, because you cannot mess that much with Movement Speed.

And personally, I think that the rule "The Killer is faster than the Survivor" should be applied all the time (except Nurse, she is the exception).

Well, the way I think of it, this perk isn't balanced. So if the game were perfectly balanced, this perk would throw that off. And if the game were in such a state that the introduction of this perk made it balanced, then that state prior to the perk's introduction could not be called "perfectly balanced". If that makes any sense.

It makes sense to me, your opinion does offer a good point as well.

So going by the results so far this perk dosent sound very balanced. Based on your opinion, do you think if this perk was introduced in game, a major nerf would be needed? Obviously yes, but if this perk were introduced into the game what changes could be made to make the perk balanced but consistent.
