Losing Add-ons

I keep losing my add ons even after using a white ward which is meant to prevent losing both item and add ons. Its only recently been happening since the update that changed how you would lose add ons at the end of matches.

White Ward lets you keep your add ons when dying with the item in your hand. Therefore, at least for right now, this is working as intended, so not a bug.

    I have the video of this match and I recorded the end of the match but it was a bit too big to send but as you can see i lose my add-ons after using white ward, yes I escaped but white ward clearly says you keep them.
