i have problem with my rift. I have all thier, but last 2 items no, why pls ?
I received a response from support, but two days ago I received a message with a question :
"How would you rate the support you received?"
My problem is still not fixed. Then I don't understand why they ask me this question.

I'm not certain, but it's possible that they ask you to rate the Support you received every time you get a response from them, not just when your problem is resolved. What did they say? Did they tell you that your ticket had been closed?

No, but the status icon was change from open to closed
