Can use my items and addons just one time

even if i used them for a second and stop then like repairing a generator with a repair kit and ran away for the killer or open the map or heal myself with a med kit i just can use it one time. even if its still there, i cannot use the right mouse button to use the repairkit or anything else again because it is no option there then i dont understand this. and with a rapair kit normally i can manipulate hooks, this is not possible now too. a few weeks ago everything was good but yesterday and today, i got these problems and my items are too good to loose just before i used them only because i die.
