About the new clothing

When the update comes out of PTB will there be a dlc option to buy all of the clothing (the very rare and rares) at once or do i have to buy auric cells to buy them seperately?

    From what I know you will have to buy auric cells first. DLCs will be for chapters only. (not sure tho)
