Kicked out of the group bcs of an error

Description of the issue: I often get an error after a match. Itself is not a big deal, but after that it will show me that my mates are in a match even tho they aren't. I can not play swf after the bug and need to restart my game. I don't know why or how this happens. It just happens after sometimes after a trial.
How often does this occur: 5 times per day if I play around 2 hours.
