Carrie Killer concept - The Telepath
Last semester when I was in an intro to Anthropology course during a film instead of taking notes I made this killer concept (I'm a bad student I know, but I had already seen the film). Anyway, I hope you guys enjoy and give me your ideas/feedback.
I wanted to base it off of Carrie in the books and not the movies as I'm a huge King fan. I feel like Carrie would be an interesting addition to the killer roster with unique telepathic powers. I don't have any addons for the Telepath yet as I'm still in the process of making them. If you have any ideas for addons, let me know! For the survivor I chose Ms. Desjardin the gym teacher. Apologies for any formatting issues.
The Telepath - Waifish looking young lady, short but can levitate (roughly at Trapper height), 24m T/R, varying MS.
Telekinesis
- The Telepath does not have normal movement speed. Instead, she is always at 105% movement speed. This speed ramps up to 110% upon being in chase for 8s
- The Telepath does not have a normal lunge attack. Her normal attack is replaced with Ground Fissure. Press the attack button to send a shock wave down a line that injures survivors. Ground Fissure has slightly extended range, however cannot injure survivors who are vaulting.
- The Telepath can preemptively drop pallets if survivors are within a certain range by hitting M2.
- Dropping a pallet on a survivor will stun them for 1s
- Dropped pallets can be broken with M2 from an extended range, or with spacebar.
- Broken pallets can be picked up by using CTRL. Upon picking up pallet shards, the Telepath’s primary fire is replaced by a ranged attack.
- Each pallet gives three charges and successful hits injure survivors
- When out of ammo, the Telepath returns to using Ground Fissure
“Telekinesis is the ability to move objects or to cause changes in objects by force
of the mind.”
KILLER PERKS
Self Conscious: You worry about what others think of you. When your aura is revealed, gain the
Undetectable status for 15/20/25s. This can trigger once every 90s.
“They’re all going to laugh at you, Carrie.”
True Sight: Enhances your aura reading abilities. Auras stay
visible for 3/4/5s longer. Works with addons and perks.
“Jesus watches from the wall,

Anguish: A deep bond with the Entity unlocks great potential in your psychic powers. If a
survivor fails a repairing skill check the Entity will appear and block the generator from being
repaired for 12/14/16s. Anguish can only be triggered every 60/50/40s.
“She did not know if her gift came from the lord of light or of darkness, and now, finally finding that she didn't care which, she wad overcome with almost indescribable relief, as if a huge weight, long carried, had slipped from her shoulders.”
SURVIVOR PERKS
Cardio: Your exhaustion time is doubled, however you recover from the Exhausted status effect
while running. Upon becoming exhausted, reveal your aura to all survivors within 36m for 5s
Dust Up: Your longer strides are unpredictable. Your scratch marks are
moderately/considerably/tremendously wider and last 1/2/3s longer.
Hoist: Being in great shape has its advantages. Standing next to a window/vault that is slightly elevated will activate the perk. Press the Active Ability key to pull yourself up and through the window or vault. Pulling yourself up takes 4s and causes the Exhausted status effect. You cannot use Hoist while exhausted.
