Cosmetic Contest is split between Survivor and Killer?

In case any dev or mod is reading this, are the 2 winners supposed to be 1 Survivor skin and 1 Killer skin?
So, you cannot have 2 Survivor or 2 Killer winners?
Just curious since I'm currently working on a skin right now for the contest.
