Universal communication is key in DBD!
For all us solo survivors it's so unfair that the game is literally based on SWF teams! I've noticed the endgame chat seems more volatile towards fellow survivors because of this and the difference between the two is ridiculous...As a killer it's very obvious that a team is either SWF or not and as a survivor being the odd man out means everyone else takes precedence over you...it's messed up and after all these years I can't believe something hasn't been done about it? It should be open mic for all survivor so you don't have to have Discord friends for a decent game....especially being the only one out of the loop

On PS4, in-game chat would be extremely toxic and probably not worth it for them to implement bc they would need to moderate and manage it. I do however wish we had a basic system that announced what we were doing at the time of the button press. Some ideas: I'm cleansing the Hex Totem, I'm repairing a Generator, The Killer is near, I'm in a locker, I'm a potato hiding in a corner, etc. Just some basics to help get an idea what people are doing or seeing.
