Are Breakable Walls Scrapped?
I guess I just made assumptions, but I figured they'd be in the updated maps. It'd only make sense to put them in while they're updating the maps then right?
Are they still just figuring out how to use them?
I'm wondering if they're scrapped because I've heard a lot of people dislike them, stuff like its pointless to have them just open the walls. I like the addtion of them because it adds a bit more dynamic to the game for both sides, survivors can start with strong loops but they cannot be abused all game if the killer breaks it.
The problem with them right now is there is WAY too many in the saloon, it's insane. There should be very few walls, creating just a few strong loops every match.

Like I played the PTB yesterday and some of the changes imo seem very extreme.
If perhaps some of those doors had to be kicked first a survivor would atleast have A chance to get away.
If some windows could be destroyed so they are just doors/openings, that as well would give a survivor a chance atleast one time....

The MacMillan map isn't a breakable wall.

That's another thing- it's not terrible for the survivor if they go to kick it, it gives them a chance to make distance similar to a killer kicking a pallet. I take every chance I get to make distance

I doubt it they since they gave killers unique animations for breaking walls this ptb

Huntress uses her primary axe
Oni punches it with his left hand
and Deathslingers animation is slightly different than from his normal kicking animation
that's the only ones I know of

Wait what? Those really are just doors? After seeing the pictures, I assumed that those were breakable walls that had just been broken already.

Really.. damn.. i wished they scrap the breakable walls completely, as they already screwed up for the new map.

They should just make Huntresses pallet breaking animation the Ax anyway. Fits with her more than kicking does. Especially with bare feet like that.

Meh. I hoped they were scrapped.
Even tho, some of the Structures really look super-weak, so a breakable Wall would make sense. But I would prefer to balance the Structure so that it is not super-weak, but also not too strong, instead of just breaking a Wall, which makes the structure strong before, but weak afterwards.
Like, the Ironworks-Window is horrible the way it is.

I have a feeling that the doorways they added in the PTB will be where the breakable walls eventually end up.
