Is it worth it?
So, I'm finally about to get a decent gaming laptop. I've been playing DBD on ps4 ever sine i started the game about a year and a half ago, invested time and money. So out of curiosity and because i keep going back and forth on it I wanted to ask the pc player community if it was worth getting the game on PC.
What are the pros and cons other than the obvious one of not having the characters I bought?

Pros: not dropping FPS like crazy, if you play killer you can use huntress and nurse more easily, end game chat instead of mails every match, controller but with Steady FPS, moonwalking if you are playing with M&K, you can mod the icons and make perks look better, you can play for fun instead of going full meta tryhard perks, people on pc play more for fun compared to console that play to win hardcore, less BM, you can play the PTB, great queue times for survivor.
Cons: you will have to start all over again, you will have to get used to steady FPS and some things will change because of that, you will lose cosmetics and characters, killers like huntress and doctor aren't free like on console same as feng min and david, there are a few more bugs on PC than on console, you will start with baby survivors on both sides, bad queue times for killer.
That is what it comes to my mind right away, there are a lot more but I can't really think of more

The Pros and Cons were already listed. Also you will notice that Nurse and Huntress are actually really good Killers. :P
Personally, if you can wait, the next years Roadmap should be shown somewhat soon. I think that they might include Crossplay and Crossprogression in it, so MAYBE it would be possible to not start all over again.
But this is just me, speculating.
Personally, I would switch to PC anytime, but I am not really a Console-gamer, as long as I cannot avoid it (damn Demons Souls and Bloodborne).

David and Huntress are indeed free on PC.
It's Hag+Ace and Feng+Doc that aren't free.

Thanks for the replies guys. While I'd love to play the game with better fps, perhaps waiting might be a good idea. If I had only just a few characters i wouldn't mind, but I have pretty much every killer aside from clown. If there is even the idea of crossplay floating around it may indeed be a better option to see where that goes.
I'd be fine with starting again as a noob against noobs, but really not up for spending a fair bit of money and time getting my roster back.
