Hillbilly for me. I would like to see an actual good Hillbilly Skin which is not meant funny in any way. The last one was the Halloween-Skin, but other than that, it looks like Hillbilly is the Killer for strange Skins.
Plague would also be nice, but something which is not looking like the other Skins. This is my biggest problem with Plague, her design is amazing, her Skins are great, but they are all looking somewhat the same.
Good luck in the contest!

Basically any killer that isn't seeing a ridiculous amount of cosmetics right now. Heading that pack is Legion, who everybody is making a cosmetic for surprisingly, and after that Deathslinger, Oni, Doctor are all seeing plenty of community cosmetic creations.
That makes most everybody (except for Clown because he already had the community creation last tome) else viable. The original 3, Trapper, Wraith, and Hillbilly, on top of Huntress and Plague (who I personally hate as a killer both to face and to play as with every fiber of my being, but that's besides the point).
I personally voted for Hillbilly because he has an unnatural amount of premium cosmetics that you can only get by paying for, and not enough that you can just earn with iridescent shards. But my personal preference would be Trapper (though I do like Hillbilly and he makes a close second) although your personal preference between the four may vary.

Thanks for your input man, I'm thinking of making cosmetics for the top three. After doing so I will ask for everyone's opinion one last time. I will start the cosmetics 12:00 pm tomorrow.

As someone who plays hillbilly a lot, literally almost every billy skin sucks lol

I actually like every single one of his skins surprisingly, they each tell a different kind of story that I could see playing out in completely different movies:
The Woodland Ranger would be a killer in your classic Summer Camp / Camping group of friends horror movie
similarly the Frontier Miner would probably be the killer in a movie about some friends who take an outdoor trip up into the mountains gone wrong when they find an abandoned mine.
Buoy on the Beach might be the same, just replace your classic relatable camping / outdoorsy characters with rich privileged characters who decide to go sailing on their private boat and find an Island which isn't on any of their maps or GPS. After Docking on the Beach to check out the scenery they stumble too deep and find themselves lost and completely inept in their new wild surroundings, with only a crazed Hillbilly who was stranded for years and lost his mind from the isolation.
Auto-Repair Reaper is your classic Leatherface type Horror movie with characters going on a roadtrip across the deep south find themselves stuck, without gas / with a broken down car completely alone save for the nearby auto repair shop. Turns out the owner they meet, isn't the actual owner but the hillbilly who killed him, chopped him up with a chainsaw, and stuffed him the shop's fridge meant for beer and soda. I like this story a lot because it's clearly what they intended from the description of the outfit: "Well, howdy. You look like you could use some help. You're lucky you arrived when you did! This is the last stop for about a days' drive from here."
Rabbit season could take place in a very similar deep south setting, although the description mentions "head into the woods for nature's bounty". Regardless of the setting though the implication is that this version of the hillbilly is very much into cannibalism, most likely preying on isolated victims in the woods, inferred from the description of the torso: "Thick cotton soaks up any fat stains, while the bandolier holds whiskey and hot sauce for basting, and tasting."
and Pyromania definitely tells a story of a crazed hillbilly who got a little too excited about the local fireworks show by the corn field. I don't have to explain this one because the description already does: "Darkness took a toll on The Hillbilly who had spent most of his days secluded in a dark, damp room. For the New Year, he sought the light that had been taken from him all those years ago. ... He repurposed a broken firework launcher into a weapon to bludgeon sozzled partygoers at the local trailer park."
TL;DR I like all of the Hillbilly cosmetics because each one is really unique and tells a different kind of horror story. Only problem is every single one costs actually money and are only available to buy through the premium currency Auric Cells, except for the Frontier Miner which you can buy for the in game currency cost of 13,500 iridescent shards. A bit unfair since most every other (original) killer has plenty of cool cosmetics you can unlock without paying money for
