New Killer Idea
A brief idea for a new killer, a scarecrow, around a new cornfield style map are various scarecrows, and the killer can teleport between them. The scarecrows are randomly placed, killer can’t move them, but can move between them?

Not if they are in the vicinity of the generators? Abit like the hag teleporting, except the killer can sit and watch from one of the scarecrow spots?

I’m not into the killer power but I will admit I have a thing for scarecrows and will watch the cheesiest and dumbest movies because of this. I get the concept your going for, a scarecrow is always watching and guarding. It might seem similar to demo but if we were to branch off your ideas.
Let the scarecrow plant himself. Have it kind of tall and towering like. Like the ones you see in hunted houses that go in between being stuffed and being a guy dressed up. Also give them a sort of terror radius on each scarecrow that makes it hard to hear a terror radius. He can then transfer his soul to any scarecrow on the field.
The idea would to traverse the map and plant on gens to keep the survivors wary and distracted or barely out of sight so they will not see the animation of transferring soul but have a sound que that killer scarecrow is nearby. Then up to killer to use soul transfer that eats time or try and sneak up with the sound distraction. Sounds balanced to me. Killer has to set up like trapper, can traverse map but has animation slow down and maybe sound ques to alarm survivors.
