Which Survivors need a face rework?

As Bill got a face rework in the recent Mid-chapter PTB, many wonder why others still have not been worked on. Why are we still waiting for Quentin, Laurie or even original characters like Nea to get face reworks? Who do you think needs to be reworked the most?

Quentin needs a face rework, funny thing is that one of the Legion members (Julie) looks more like Laurie than the current Laurie.
