I'll have to disagreed with you on this, but if you aren't in a swf playing optimally it will be extremely hard.

Nurse has a high skill cap, so manyyyyyyy people are terrible with her, but yes - an adept nurses are very strong and hard to beat. True dat.

Rank one 1500 hours nurse main here. You're right, a nurse with CD addons, good perks and lots of hours is nearly unbeatable without SWF. One missing thing will make her suffer a lot and make beatable just with normal good teammates tho. For example missing addons. Or bad perks. I recommend one of ardetha's vids about it for that one.

The day I was playing with Puppers, we went against a Rank 1 Nurse.
We all got out.
And don't say "Well, you're a SWF, or blah blah blah."
We have 0 comms. She got 2 hooks and that's it.

Being Rank 1 does not mean that she is a good Nurse. Can be Rank 1 with a lot of other Killers and trying to learn Nurse. (However, if there ever will be a ranking for each Killer, Rank 1 Nurses will probably the most terrifying thing in this game)

Yes, 100% agreed, a really good Nurse Player is very hard to beat. But you dont find that many of them, you will find decent Nurses and they will be a threat, but not unbeatable. If you find someone who is really, really good with her, its gg. But this is quite rare. Before her Rework there were more unbeatable Nurses, because of the strong Add On Combos. There was one guy on EU who always either used Omegablink or 3 Blinks with Range Add On and was slugging with Infectious Fright. Havent seen this guy since the Rework.

Hardly anyone plays Nurse.
That's why the OP's accusations are ludicrous. I keep hearing "A good Nurse."
Oh well, I haven't seen them since the rework, there aren't "Good Nurses" and if there are, they aren't played as much anymore.
Good Job devs, we get it. And going back to the match that I was in with her, no one in their right mind would pick a nerfed killer at Rank 1 without knowing how to use her. Being at Rank 1 does mean she's a good Nurse, or has had some experience with her but it's not enough.
Experience now, is just not enough to play her.
Bugs, on top of bugs, on top of fatigue, on top of fatigue.

Eh it depends, the problem with nurse players is that they either kinda play scummy or down people so fast there is nothing else for them to do.
By playing kinda scummy I mean just going for slugging the entire time until everyone is down or returning to the hook the moment someone is unhooked.

I had a good nurse on console who 4ked with 3 gens still up. She had no add ons and we were all red ranks

I have seen a few, 80% are crap, 20% beat the **** out of survivors. Especially the ones with double cooldown addons.
And "noone would" is also an assumption based on you only. Do you think people derank from red to yellow if they want to try nurse? I mean, that's most likely why there are 80% crap nurses in my games. High ranks trying to learn. I did that as well, for like 20 games before her rework and did pretty well (and faster than I expected) and after the rework which was way harder. But with double addons I also had pretty decent games, having everything from 0-4k. I'm far away from mastering her though and can't really handle the bugs.
The only thing is, that the learning curve is way higher than before and that makes it not worth the time

My only experience with Nurse has been after her rework, and I almost always have good games with her, even against SWF. I think it just depends on the size of the map that you're sent to. I'm a purple rank killer (playing against red ranks since there aren't enough red rank killers to go around), and I generally do well (3-4 kills) on maps that are not the bigger MacMillan's maps, Yamaoka's or Haddonfield (I just find it very hard to end up where I want when I blink on Haddonfield). I don't slug unless survivors are hookbombing, and I never camp or tunnel, nor do I ever use BBQ, so maybe that's why I don't do as well on bigger maps, but I think that's fine. I'm sure the new map size reductions will help her out in that area.
I don't know what the old Nurse was like, but I know that a lot of Nurse players I've been up against make mistakes like blinking at the start of the game (and immediately inspiring all survivors to hide) or just blinking too often in general, making it easier to outplay. If you only blink when you have 2 available and use them wisely, I think Nurse can be very hard, if not impossible to beat (depending on map size, of course!).
I'm not trying to make it out to be like I'm a mega-brain Nurse or a god gamer, just talking about my experience!

Agree, a good Nurse is unbeatable, but most nurses arent good and killer is not the power role so I think its fine to have a OP killer for now, at least

Good Nurses are borderline unbeatable, but no one plays nurse anymore because it's tremendously unfun. ZubatLel is a good example: He was a god tier nurse who played somewhat frequently before the nerf, but after the nerf with all the bugs she has, as well as just the annoyance of having to wait for blink recharges, he doesn't play her because she's just not enjoyable. When he does he still smacks, chases last like 20 seconds, but it's just not fun.

Even with her rework she's still one of the strongest killers out there. She's in a bit of a weird spot though because she's got a high skill cap, even more so after her rework, so I don't think they should just straight up nerf her.

Also guys, I was playing solo last night and got assaulted by a nurse. That's why I made this post. With good perks, and addons, she's near impossible without a good team, communication or no. But like, baby nurses are cute. Don't get me wrong. Everyone loves a baby nurse.

I see a lot of you guys think I meant rank 1s in general. I meant, specifically, a rank 1 nurse main, who knows how to play her and how to play her good. Does that clear up any miscommunications? Sorry :(

Rank 1 isn't low rank. I guess that's what causes the most confusion.
