Kill Switch update: We have temporarily Kill Switched the Forgotten Ruins Map due to an issue that causes players to become stuck in place. The Map will remain out of rotation until this is resolved.

I was playing as Survivor and had the Archive challenge 'Iredescent Hero' active. I got Iredescent medals in both Benevolent and Evader categories during the same trial but the game failed to complete the active challenge. I did escape the trial through the hatch.
