GRAB HOOK/LOCKER

I ve played before 3 months all were ok and normal. i decided to play again ...i play killer main when i try to grab someonme that goes to un hook someone i go grab him and the grab never land. its like i grab the air.. it happens me like 2 games in the row.
Second BUG. I open the locker that a survivor is on it. and i dont take (grab him ) i grab again nothing. he escape.... ( yes he dont stun me or w/e u thinking to answer me ) and he escape also. ) 2 of these bugs drived me to crazy.... please fix the game to have some propriate game and dont focus on nerfs or buffs ect. It destroys our game play ....
