Can't get in a lobby together with my friend?

Hi,

the last days there has been a problem with getting in a lobby when I play with another friend. It take's quite some time to find a lobby, and then only the one that has invited the other person get's to actually join the lobby, the other person just goes back to the survivor screen with no error message. How can I fix this?
