Killers need breath moments

It's a fact that killer gameplay is more stressful than survivor. When playing as a survivor you have some game mechanics that let you rest and breath after a stress moment:
- Healing
- Repair generators.
- Cleanse totems.
- Open chests.
- Tag team chases.
These mechanics let you rest while gives your team a clear advantage and rewards you with some points. Worth to mention that if the killer tunnel someone the only rest he will get is the hook, i think that should be researched too.
Looking at what you can do with killers after an stressful moment is:
- Kick generators
- Break pallets
- Break walls
These mechanic don't let you rest because don't stop the other side from progressing. Break walls and pallets give you an advantage.
I think the problem relies in the tag team chase mechanic, another player can take the stress for you while playing survivor and you can avoid the chase if you hide well enough.
On the killer side you can't stop chasing at any moment and you can't choose to chase because you have to take every oportunity you can as it is the most valuable resource you have to win the game, chases.
The solution might be to add another mechanic as powerful as chases that let you rest after a couple chases and let you something to do towards your goal as a killer.
I'm going to put some ideas, feel free to add more:
- Some ritual to the entity after a couple hooks to destroy one generator.
- The entity spawn traps for each lost chase and you have to enable them.
- You can hide a trap inside one closed chest per match after a chase.
- You can use the rests of a destroyed pallet to close a window.
- The entity slightly improves your power for each first kick to a generator.
