Bloodrush extend?
Hello there! Just a simple question, have you guys considered extending the bloodrush event since we still have to stay at home? Thank in advance!

I hope they will. Extra BP is always a good thing.

I mean it Ends on the 15th which is the Release of Mobile so possibly Double BP Weekend but who knows.

That would be amazing :D

That's up to the devs to decide. Also this isn't a dev Q&A, so don't be surprised if you don't get a direct response from a dev.
Personally, I doubt they'd extend the bloodrush any further, there isn't a reason to (besides maybe easter). It would be cool though if they did.

The blood points are slightly too small for it to maintain a great amount of interest. I have to say I enjoyed the game quite a bit more with the 1.5x blood rush than I ever have. It had a good pace to it and felt like I could put in some effort and get the perks and blood webs I wanted. Personally I wish they'd keep it permanently. But I suspect they have stats that shows the 1.5x hurts the addon to balance ratio.

The latter is probably why it's not a normal thing, but I think it's more deeprooted than that.
Some players would like a 1.5x or 2x blood point increase, but they don't realize how they might affect the overall pace of the grind. Some grinding might be easier than it used to be, but it might actually make it MORE boring as a result. It's good to increase the grind once in a while as an event, but making it a permanent feature is... questionable. It might not actually affect anything, but you never know.
