New Borrowed Time or Old Borrowed Time?
As of right now, Borrowed Time can be used multiple times but it only protects the survivor who gets unhooked. Back in the day, Borrowed Time could only be used once but it would protect both the unhooked survivor and the survivor using the perk. Do you guys prefer the perk as it is now or liked the old version better?

Old Borrowed Time
i prefered the older version better, but with the way the community and game style is changing new BT is just better. OLD bt worked bc killers had a brain. Not saying they don't still, but you're more likely now days to sometimes get a dumber killer. The only way I could see old BT being better is if u have an option when to use it. But TBH we don't want to make it stronger than it already is.

Old Borrowed Time
Old BT actually made it to where a facecamping bubba could get no kills, new BT can't. Of course, they're stupidly powerful, and the old version would have some real bullshit at the exit gates, but that's an unintended side effect.

Old Borrowed Time
Allowed me to go for risky saves and get two stacks of wglf. What was there not to love? It wasn't that OP either as it was a one use perk.

I personally think borrowed time should only be used once per match and then it's not capable of being used again. It's way to over powered in the game to be used multiple times.

Old BT had this really cool black and white effect that I liked, whenever it activated your whole screen would become black and white and it looked pretty cool and really made your dire situation super evident (the bleedout time was also much quicker if I remember than current Deep Wounds which takes over 30 years for you to bleed out). But as it stands new BT serves an actual purpose in the 3.6.2 climate of the game.
Whenever somebody says "one use perks aren't OP"
*DS intensifies*

You forget to mention that old BT needed a medkit or selfcare to 'mend' and that the timer went down during chase.
I can't say which one I would chose right now, would like to test it. If the killer is not tunneling, it would kinda block you from unhooking to not waste your BT

I prefer it as it is now. BT being selfless goes really well with Bill's personality and backstory. If you're going to play hero and protect someone, then the one in danger could potentially be you, instead of the unhooked one. So, to me, it makes more sense that the unhooked person gets temporal inmunity but you don't.

I think that the new one helps more with campers than anything.

The one we have now is good although the other one was a “one” time use it’s technically 4 due to the other survivors more than likely having it. I agree the old one would great for camping bubbas but other than him killers don’t have that kind of power to warrant that. I play top red ranks on both sides and for survivors really you should be trying to be the most optimal on gens while eventually going for someone who is hooked and not farming immediately but as killer unless involved in many chases and far away usually you will patrol gens and check near hook from time to time and that’s where it comes in to stop the slug/tunnel and shouldn’t give the unhooker a free pass. I’d still prefer some changes to it since I believe it should Be based on killer proximity to activate rather than terror radius with some other give and take.
