Killer Tier List but it's from a Rank 16
Quick explanation.
About a month ago me and my roommates managed to convince our one roommate who didn't play DBD to try it out, and he recently has been hooked (no pun intended).
Before rank reset he got to rank 16.
I decided to see what his tier list would be for DBD.
He said Nurse gets D Tier because he never sees her, and Myers gets S Tier because he loves the films.
He based this off his current experiences and not off what people say at higher ranks.

SS is better than S, duh.
But seriously, it's an arbitrary way to say A+ and A++. Just higher tiers in a ranking system.

Honestly, Im surprised about Billy. He is accessible for new players and he is very punishing for newbies. Would have expected him to be at least S.
No surprise stealth killers are perceived as the strongest.

He doesn't play killer yet. We told him learn survivor then learn killer, and he really enjoys survivor.
According to him he doesn't see Hillbillys Chainsaw people often and they always miss him (he's very toxic to them when they miss).
As you said, Stealth Killers that can get easy hits or can camp are the best to him.

If he wasn't new I would ask why nurse. Honestly, his ranking system is god like, bubba imo is S tier
