Rank reset wrong

Rank reset claimed I was rank 5 as killer (I wasn't) and set me back to rank 9 (where I had actaully been), basically not resetting my killer rank.
Booted up dbd first time after the latest rank reset.
This is the first time this has happened to me, or at least that I've noticed. Susircir rank reset fine.
