Commonly said "we don't want longer gens because it's boring" (understandable argument)... So why keep the speed the same, but add conditions.
There are 7 gens total. What if 3 of them REQUIRED teamwork. If there is a moment where there is only one person on it, progression of the gen is halted. Otherwise, it functions normally. No decreased speed... Nothing. Heck, give em bonus bloodpoints for "Critical Teamwork". Killer doesn't know which gens are team required.
This would slow the game by forcing players to either carry on and look for a gen they can work on their own, or find a buddy to help.
Bond might be used more. SWF wouldn't really hurt from this because it's SWF and that's not broken at all.
Just an idea. Makes things more complicated. Takes time to find more gens. Tactics to try to get team gens done earlier, as the longer you leaving them, the harder they become.
