when no-ed activates and I use a leap-lunge attack against a healthy survivor he is not put into the dying state

NOED activates on basic attacks only, so this is not a bug.

    This isn't a bug - NOED only activates on basic attacks, which doesn't include things like Shred or the Pig's dash attack.
