Flashlights
You could nerf the flashlights, for example they could only stun the killer 1 time per survivor, there is excessive abuse and they last the entire game, pls DBD

I don't really see why they would need a nerf. Most times you can counter them by looking at a wall or baiting the flashlighter out and smacking them.

Sure using the wall but you can't always think that the survivors have too much skills already against the killers.
1. Many flashlights
2. The nurse is very slow, nobody wants to use her
3. Oni and hillbilly and the harpooner (And is new) are used less and less, that is, killers difficult to use

5. It takes a long time to find survivor games less and less people want to play killer

You mind flashlight saves or blinds? Cause if saves that's a big no-no.
And also i mean you still can use Franklin's, Lightborn if you don't want to get blinded.

One does not want to carry the same perks all the time neither as a killer nor as a survior is a bad point. If it should be nerfed for blinded and saved since rank levels are rare, if you are a green rank killer you are related to red survivors and these guys are very good at using and abusing flashlights, the game should be more balanced for both sides.
