A Nurses Calling
Sloppy Butcher: Good but almost useless against survivors can heal quickly together which adds more power to SWFs
A Nurses Calling: Catch a survivor healing in a corner? One shot down, very useful
Beast of Prey: Useful noobs perk
Distressing: Only good on Doctor
Nurses calling wins it for me

A Nurses Calling
Nurses > Sloppy > Distressing > Beast
Sloppy and Nurses are both pretty useful, but from my experience Nurses is slightly better. Distressing and Beast of Prey aren't that good, but at least Distressing gives more BP, and has a pretty useful effect on Doctor and arguably Oni.

Sloppy Butcher
guess i'm in the minority for this one but i just feel like nurses on it's own is very hit or miss. Sure I might find someone healing in a corner and get an easy down but I might not, at the very least sloppy can slow the game without you having to do much

A Nurses Calling
Very tight race between Sloppy and Nurses imo, especially for the reasons @brubli mentioned, however I did go with Nurse's calling just because it's not just about catching someone self-caring or being healed in a corner, it's about maintaining pressure on the survivors. I might be a little more biased than others because I am a Ghostface main and Nurse's calling on Ghostface like on any Stealth killer (or Reduced TR like Deathslinger) can be especially devastating in most matches and even more so when used properly and actively rather than just reaping the rewards passively. This can also work really well on high mobility killers like Hillbilly, Oni, or Nurse who can appear very quickly and suddenly in an area before survivors have much time to react and stop healing (if they are aware the killer is running Nurse's Calling)
What makes this more difficult is that Sloppy and Nurse's are usually involved in the same build and work really well in tandem with each other, what brings Nurse's a little bit ahead imo is that Nurse's is good enough that it can stand on its own individually as a perk in most any build and sees even greater use on specific killers (which are numerous, taking every stealth killer, reduced TR killer, and high mobility killer you're talking a decent percentage of the total 19). Sloppy is good but might be a bit wanting as a perk to synergize with others to be slightly more effective like Nurse's Calling, Coulrophobia, Bloodhound, etc. And it doesn't work specifically any better on any specific killers that I can think of at the moment, except for possibly The Legion and The Hag who are both able to spread out a bunch of damage very quickly amongst all survivors and they might want a bit more time to wrap up any loose ends and secure downs.
