Wraith cannot cloak or break pallet - Survivor cannot be unhooked

This happened already 2 times in a row.
One of the survivor cannot be unhooked after being hooked by wraith.
The health bar of the survivor doesn't decrease itself after hooking which means the game cannot be finished unless one of the players disconnects.
None of the survivors can unhook him.
The wraith cannot cloak nor break pallets anymore until carrying and hooking another survivor.
However the state of 1st survivor persists.
- This is highly annoying as all BP are lost
- You get the matchmaking penalty
Basically it ruins the whole game experience.
