This chapter is dedicated to my desire to have another non-human, animal-like killer in the game besides the Demogorgon.

Chapter name:Legend of the Cold

New Killer: The Yeti

Mvmt speed:115%

Height: Tall

Terror Radius: 32m

Appearance: An upright, well built ape-like creature with white fur and grey skin where it's face, hands and toes are showing.

Lore: Tales of this legendary beast circled the snowy mountains of the Himalayas. Many curious souls, tourists and researchers alike, wandered in search of evidence of the Abominable Snowman, yet all have returned empty handed. Those unfortunate enough to be put on the mysterious disappearances list got what they wanted however, in the most brutal and unwanted way they could've hoped for.

The Nepali authorities did all they could to investigate, though all the cases were closed with the same explanations of avalanche accidents and unrecovered bodies. Little did they know, these poor missing souls were cursed with the unfortunate encounters and viciousness of the monster they were so adamant on discovering.

The Entity, observing from beyond never saw something so brutal...so monstrous and violent in its killings and elusiveness. While being the most difficult to tame, the Entity quickly decided that this Yeti would be a perfect tool of fear and a bearer of hopelessness.

M2 Ability-In from the Cold

The Entity has granted this beast the comfort of its homeland. Press and hold the active ability button to create a snowstorm for a short duration. The Yeti will let out a deep yell/growl heard by all survivors and heavy snow will begin to fall throughout the entire map for 5-10 seconds(indoor maps will just have snow accumulation on the ground). In that duration, this snow will create a small layer in the map and objects that slows survivors(hindered) by 5% as long as the power gauge is still up. The survivors will also occasionally stop repairing or healing to huddle themselves(due to cold) for 3 seconds at a time. This will be called the "cold" status effect. The snow will passively disappear as the movement speed increases back to normal. When the power gauge runs out, the layer of snow will melt(disappear) and the Yeti must wait for the recharge.

Perks(Vault based):

1-Vicious Assault:Anytime a survivor is hit while vaulting a pallet, another random survivor gains the exposed status effect for 20/25/30 seconds.

2-Elusive Approach: Anytime you hit a vaulting survivor, drop your red stain for 7/8/9 seconds.

3-Powerful Pull: You can grab survivors vaulting a window in healthy state. You can also pull them towards you 25/35/50% faster. Pulling survivors counts for all vault locations.

New survivor:Amir Danvi

Lore:Growing up as a local of the mountainous Himalayan region of Nepal, Amir was always intrigued by his country's unique terrain and myths. He had heard the story of the Yeti through his family and other locals of the area and was amazed by the tourism it had brought. Over the years, Amir became obsessed with his country's legend, buying books and reading old texts detailing ancient encounters with the beast.

Amir had finally saved up enough money for supplies and a journey through the Himalayas of his own. He was going to discover this legend by himself. Who better to capture footage and prove this creature existed other than a local himself? On one Saturday morning, Amir headed out, excited but not knowing of what terror will really come his way.

Amir had picked a different trail to the ones commonly used by tourists and researchers. One he had heard from an elderly man in a nearby village. He wanted to be different than the others as it gave him the confidence he needed. As he trekked through the mountain and made multiple stops, he began losing his sense of time and distance. Amir wondered why all of his clocks and phone were not working anymore. But there was something else, the atmosphere felt different to him in these parts. It felt..sinister. But that wasn't going to stop Amir, he came this far. There were tracks he saw earlier than were different to anything he had ever seen, but somehow familiar at the same time. He was determined and close.

He had gone deeper into the mountain. He could tell it was still daytime despite the light snowfall that had enveloped him. The sinister atmosphere felt stronger than ever before and Amir soon realized why. As he hiked, he suddenly heard a bone-chilling roar behind him unlike any animal he had ever heard. He slowly turned around and had instantly noticed what he had heard. It seemed so close yet so far away, but the cold blooded eyes of the beast stared back. Amir knew it was looking directly at him. He had found what he was looking for, but now he knew that he should've trusted his gut feeling and turned back when he had the chance.

The Yeti charged at Amir, and with adrenaline coursing through his veins he ran forwards faster than he ever thought possible. Yet it was not enough. He heard the lumbering footsteps of this freakishly fast monster getting closer. Tripping over a rock and hearing the Yeti closer than ever, Amir closed his eyes feeling the end. He had no escape. He waited for his demise but instead felt something else and a moment of weightlessness. He opened his eyes. The Yeti was gone, but Amir knew this was not his world even though it looked like it. What was this place? Something had saved him, but for what evil purpose?

Perks:

1-We'll Get Through This-If all 4 survivors are in injured or dying state at the same time, movement speed is increased by 2/4/6%. Once any one of the survivors are healed, you lose it fully.

2-Curious Nature-While in the basement, your aura is not shown to the killer for 2/3/unlimited minutes.

3-Determined Will-Pallet stun duration for the killer is increased by 0.5/1/1.5 seconds.

New Map:Himalayan Mountainside

A snowy terrain with crevices, rocks and caves that act as loops. A small abandoned cabin lies in the middle, unknown who built or stayed in it. Amir had passed this location earlier just before the event transpired, shocked that there were others who came as far as he did and even building this cabin in the middle of nowhere. Something bad had happened here as well.

Additional information:

1.Footsteps-The Yeti will have lumbering, heavy sounding footsteps like the Demogorgon.

2.M1-The Yeti will either use it's fist to punch the survivor in the back OR it can use it's claw-like sharp fingernails to smack the survivor.

3.Generator and pallet breaking animation-The Yeti will raise it's fists up to smash it. Think of like a gorilla.

4.Since DBD has rain animations, I'm sure they can work out a nice snowfall animation for the Yeti's power.

Thank you for taking the time to read. If some people like it, I will add addons for the killer. Any comments or feedback would be appreciated. Have a good day/night. :)
