Can't break Ghostface's stalk

This bug does not happen too often, but I get matches where I can't Break Ghostface's stalk (for the entire match). I could be right in front of him and not even the slightest sound notification is present when trying to break it. It is the same when I stalk him stalking someone else... can't break it.
