The logic of matchmaking

Is this seriously? If I play as survivor I will play with rank 20s and if I do play as killer I will play with toxic rank 1s players. š Right now I really don't know which side to play with. You see I am rank 7 because I was rank 4 and with matchmaking I went back in rank 5.From rank 5 I get back cause of matchmaking. If I play in rank 4 I will play with purple ranks. If I play in rank 5 I will play with rank 20s.I am not playing so much with killers but if I do I will kill em all and then rank up. After rank up I will start playing with toxic rank 1s. I seriously don't know what to do
