FERAL FRENZY:


While Feral Frenzy is active:


*The Legion runs at an increased Movement speed (5.4 m/s).

*The Legion can vault Pallets, but not break.

  * The Legion vaults both Pallets and Windows at increased speed (0.9 seconds).

* Survivors' Scratch Marks are hidden from The Legion's view.

* Missing an attack removes 30% of the Legion’s Power Gauge and when at 30% or less of the Legion’s Power Gauge, it ends Feral Frenzy.

* For every survivor they apply the Deep Wound Status Effect with, it reduces their cool down by 0.3 seconds, up to 1.2 seconds.


Deep Wound:


While Feral Frenzy is active, hitting a Survivor who is not currently afflicted with the Deep Wound Status Effect:


* Applies the Deep Wound Status Effect.

* Injures Survivors that are not already Injured.

* Refills The Legion's Power gauge.

* Triggers Killer Instinct, revealing the location of all Survivors not yet affected by Deep Wound, that are within The Legion's Terror Radius.

* Survivors affected by Deep Wound will have their timers reduce at quadruple speed while repairing, healing, sabotaging, searching, cleansing, and opening exit gates.

* Deep Wound will have to perform Skill Checks while Mending. Failing a Skill Check will reduce the timer by 2 seconds and remove your mending progress by 2 seconds.


While Feral Frenzy is active, hitting a Survivor who is already afflicted by Deep Wound:


* Depletes The Legion's Power gauge and ends Feral Frenzy.


The Legion vaults windows slightly faster at 1.4 seconds.


## Power Trivia


* Default Frenzy lasts for 10 seconds.

* Default post-Frenzy cool-down lasts for 4 seconds.

* Default Frenzy Charge time takes 20 seconds.

* Default Mending takes Survivors 12 seconds by themselves or 8 seconds when done by other Survivors.

* Pallet and Window vaulting takes 0.9 seconds in Feral Frenzy.

* Window vaulting takes 1.4 seconds outside of Feral Frenzy.

* The Legion’s Terror Radius is reduced to 24 meters outside of Feral Frenzy and increased to **40 meters** during Feral Frenzy.



Smiley Face Pin - Hitting a Survivor while in Feral Frenzy applies the Blindness Status Effect for 60 seconds.


Scratched Ruler - Slightly decreases the time required to refill the power gauge.


Mischief List - Slightly increases the Feral Frenzy duration.


Friendship Bracelet - Slightly decreases terror radius outside of Feral Frenzy and slightly increases terror radius during Feral Frenzy.


Never-Sleep Pills - Moderately decreases terror radius outside of Feral Frenzy and moderately increases terror radius during Feral Frenzy.


Mural Sketch - Moderately increases the Feral Frenzy duration.


Julie’s Mix Tape - Slightly decreases the cool-down duration of Feral Frenzy.


Etched Ruler - Moderately decreases the time required to refill the power gauge.


Defaced Smiley Pin - Hitting a Survivor while in Feral Frenzy applies the Mangled Status Effect for 60 seconds.


The Legion Pin - Hitting a Survivor while in Feral Frenzy applies the Broken Status Effect for 60 seconds.


Susie’s Mix Tape - Considerably decreases terror radius outside of Feral Frenzy and considerably increases terror radius during Feral Frenzy.


Stolen Sketch Book - Considerably increases the Feral Frenzy duration.


Nasty Blade - Slightly increases Survivors' Mending time when affected by the Deep Wound Status Effect.


Joey’s Mix Tape - Moderately decreases the cool-down duration of Feral Frenzy.


Stab Wounds Study - Survivors Scratch Marks are visible while using Feral Frenzy.


Frank’s Mix Tape - Considerably decreases the penalty of missed attacks while in Feral Frenzy.


Filthy Blade - Moderately increases Survivors' Mending time when affected by the Deep Wound Status Effect.


Cold Dirt - Considerably decreases the cool-down duration of Feral Frenzy.


Iridescent Button - During Feral Frenzy: Your Terror Radius affects the entire Map. Any Pallets you vault are immediately broken.


Fuming Mix Tape - Reduce the Deep Wound timer by 25% per survivor, putting the fourth survivor into the dying state. Moderately increases movement speed in Feral Frenzy. Considerably increases the cool-down duration of Feral Frenzy. Missing an attack or downing a survivor will instantly cancel Feral Frenzy.


Notable changes:


* Feral Frenzy Movement speed increased to 5.4m/s or 135% (up from 5.2m/s or 130%)

* Legion’s Terror Radius is reduced to 24 meters while outside of Feral Frenzy

* The Legion can now see Blood Pools during Feral Frenzy

* Missing an attack in Feral Frenzy will no longer end Feral Frenzy but instead remove 30% of the Power Gauge

* Hitting survivors with a basic attack will no longer deplete the Legion’s power bar by any amount

* The Legion’s fatigue will now decrease by .3 seconds for every survivor who is put into Deep Wounds, up to a maximum reduction of 1.2 seconds

* The Legion will now vault windows at 1.4 seconds at base, 0.3 seconds faster than default vaulting speed

* The Pin addons will now apply their various status effects to every survivor hit with Feral Frenzy rather than just survivors highlighted by Killer Instinct. A survivor who was hit initially and then mends and is stabbed again will have the timer for the status effect reset.

* The Killer Instinct Detection Range addons have been changed to increase the Legion’s terror radius inside of Feral Frenzy and decrease his terror radius outside of Feral Frenzy.

* The cool down addons have been nerfed slightly to compensate for the reduced cool down for each Frenzy hit

* Filthy blade has been buffed from an additional 2.5 seconds to 3.5 seconds mending time to be in line with the Deathslinger’s addons

* The Ruler addons have been buffed from -2 and -4 seconds to -3 and -6 seconds to power gauge recovery.

* Stab Wounds Study now allows the Legion to see Scratch Marks while in Feral Frenzy

* Frank’s Mix Tape now reduces the penalty for missed attacks from 30% to 20%

* Fuming Mix Tape now will remove 25% of the survivors Deep Wound progress bar and remove an additional 25% for every survivor chained together, ultimately downing the fourth survivor if you manage to hit them. To help ensure you get to survivors faster, the Legion’s movement speed during Feral Frenzy is increased to 5.6m/s. However, the cool-down for coming out of Feral Frenzy has been increased from 4 seconds at base to 5 seconds. Also, if the Legion misses an attack during Feral Frenzy, they will end Feral Frenzy immediately and does not change with Frank’s Mix Tape

    as someone who doesn't play legion I really like the changes to deep wounds. Not sure how long the deep wounds timer is but losing 2 seconds COULD be spooky if they were doing some sorta impossible skillcheck build. PS just wanted to say great job on this list I would love to see some of these implemented, hope the devs take a look at this.

    Thanks! I tried to think of a lot of small ways they could change legion that would make him better to play as and play against. I don’t think legion is bad but he can be kinda boring to play against and frustrating to play because of how punishing his power can be. I’m not sure if perks like Hex: Huntress’ Lullaby should affect mending skillchecks though, impossible skill check doc is one of the most hated builds already and I’d like to see the legion hate be reduced lol
