Does anyone know when the new rift comes out will we get points for the playtime that we have put in since the last one ended. I’ve played a lot the last two weeks and I want to know if I’ll get the rift points like when it first came out and we got the points.

    There is no officially confirmed release date, but I remember that when the PTB first came out, the Rift was shown as "closing in 91 days". That would indicate that the Rift was at least planned to officially open three weeks after the start of the PTB, which is a bit over a week from now.

    As for whether or not you'll get a head start based on XP earned in the interim, the answer is no. Progress in a Rift can only be gained while that Rift is open, either from XP earned during that 70-day period or through completing challenges in the corresponding Tome.
