Devotion Reward Bloodpoint Cap

The bloodpoint cap exists according to BHVR to prevent people from hacking 500 million bloodpoints into their accounts. Additionally, it exists to artificially inflate DLC engagement time by preventing people from unlocking everything in a dlc on day one. As someone who has already unlocked everything and has no desire to spend his bloodpoints, these reasonings are a bit flawed now that so many DLC have been released. Linking the bloodpoint cap would improve both of these measures by rewarding players who play often by 'trusting' their accounts. As someone who is devotion nine, the last thing on my mind is hacking bloodpoints into my save data and risking everything i've earned so far. Because of that, linking the bloodpoint cap to our devotion level would be a smart way of allowing dedicated players to save bloodpoints for the DLC they're likely excited for.

Increasing the cap by 1 million per devotion level would still be reasonable in terms of retaining player attention with DLC releases. With 9 million bloodpoints, I would be able to unlock every teachable from a new chapter but would barely be able to prestige 3 50 each of the new characters. And as a devotion nine player who has dedicated thousands of hours to this game, I think we deserve a little something for our efforts. Thank you for reading this long-winded post. Cheers.
