A survivor was hit, picked up, then hooked, but a split second after the bug started. There was an animation where he fell through the map, then teleported up like he was being held in mid-air and kept constantly falling down and inching forward every time. Meanwhile, the killer's model looks like he is holding the survivor still and can't use his chainsaw (they were the Hillbilly).
