PS4 errors Please Help

I'm getting a lot of errors while playing Dead By Daylight on PS4 since the past 3 days. There are some random crashes, save data errors, initialisation error, error code 109, error 8012, game couldn't be read, sometimes crashing while trying to equip offerings. It has also resulted in me getting disconnection penalty. Anyone else facing these issues? These issues are ruining my playing experience.

I've edited out my player ID for safety.
