My go to is BBQ, Save The Best For Last, Sloppy & Ruin
If you only have her perks, Sloppy, Whispers, MYC & Surveillance

I run whispers, bbq, enfury or whispers, bbq, enduring and brutal strength. She's a super aggressive killer, so you don't need to worry about slowing gens down. Only thing you need is tracking and something to help you win chases quicker.
Save the best for last is a good perk too, because you can preserve your tokens by dashing on the obsession, but I find it a bit cheesy to use

I run:
Sloppy Butcher/ Save the Best for Last/ Monitor and Abuse
Corrupt Intervention
BBQ&CHILLI
Strider/Whispers

I use Surveillance, Hex: Ruin, A Nurse's Calling and BBq & Chilli. You can probably swap BBq for something else if you really want. I'm finding it less essential on every build I run these days.
As for add-ons, I like a few combinations. John's Medical File/Video Tape/Combat Straps for dash usage, Crate of Gears/Tampered Timer for fantastic box stall/pressure.

Save the Best For Last -- she has a method of taking out the obsession without losing tokens, and that cooldown at 8 tokens is right nasty.
BBQ + Chili -- Good for finding your next target
Pop Goes The Weasel -- Good for Gen Slowdown
Any perk of your choice. Personally I like Discordance (Can help me get a good start if two people work on a gen together), Nurse's Calling, Hex: Devour Hope, or if the survivors are carrying more items than an item shop in a JRPG -- Franklin's Demise. Depends a lot on my mood.
My favorite Addons are Video Tape, any of the ones that add an RBT, and any of the ones that add a Jigsaw Box. John's Medical File is good too if you don't have enough add-ons. I've found Face Mask mostly useless. Razor Wires is probably her worst add-on.

Anything that affects the boxes is detrimental to the Pig except for the Gears family of add-ons and the trap effects are questionable. Neurotoxin should be applied to Dash, for example. Not the trap.

Enduring, Spirit Fury, Save the Best for Last and Nurse's Calling.

There's a really good Pig main on Twitch who almost always runs Whispers, Monitor and Abuse, Enduring, and then the last perk he swaps out semi frequently. Usually that last perk is either Brutal Strength or I'm All Ears. You could put BBQ or Pop or whatever in that last slot too.
The reason behind the build is mostly around her Ambush. Whispers lets you know if there's a Survivor within 32m of you and M&A reduces your Terror Radius to 24, so you can see Whispers pop on, crouch and the Survivors have no clue. Enduring is there because Ambush actually gets really really scary if the Pig gets the pallet and the Survivor doesn't gtfo out of the loop assuming it isn't huge. Enduring gives Pig the option of playing for the pallet super aggressively because getting stunned is not a big deal.

Picking Ghostface.

Rancor, Spirit Fury, Enduring, Bamboozle, Slow-Release Toxin, Utility Blades, put the trap on your obsession, tunnel, slug and mori. If the slug bleed out, then tunnel other guy, force DS, get a new obsession and repeat. :^)

Dying light+Thano: As base kit then the last 2 get experimental with.
Sloppy Butcher+Franklins
Franklins+BBQ
Knock Out+Franklins
Bitter Murmer+No one escapes death
Blood Warden+No ED
Infectious Fright+BBQ
Iron Maiden+BBQ
I could go on and on.
Add on wise though, theres only about 6 good ones, both jigsaw box add ons, Exhaustion vial, Tampered timer, both box search duration add ons, maybe ruleset no 2 assuming you have a bunch of them.
She's extremely versatile.

Monitor, enduring, BBQ, I'm All Ears. Then the only add-ons that are worth running on her are combat straps and video tape. Slowdown perks are useless enough now so you might as well be good at chasing and putting all of your faith, hopes and dreams into trap RNG.

Currently I am getting some BPs, so I use: BBQ, Enduring, Whispers, Monitor.
Usually I play with Brutal Strength instead of BBQ.

Wonder where I've seen that build before...kappa.

I go with BBQ, STBFL, Sloppy and Nurses. Addons are faster dash for dae memes.

Hey, its a good build :P Probably why Scorpionz is using it like that.
But in general, I am using Enduring on my M1-Killers anyway and IMO Whispers and M&A are mandatory on Pig (if Pig still would have her 28m Terror Radius M&A could be replaced, but I guess thats not gonna happen).

The best pig build in my opinion is:
BBQ, Enduring, Monitor, Whispers.
However, my personal favourite build is:
Monitor, Enduring, BBQ or Brutal, Pop.
I really hate having the constant groaning of whispers in my ear so I don't run it. :L

Scorpionz, the best pig, just did an hour long guide for the Pig.

This one's pretty evil, so only use it against a SWF or great players:
For addons use Amanda's Letter and Video Tape. Put on a Hawkin's offering and then for perks use Thrilling Tremors or BBQ and Chili, Pop goes the Weasel or Make Your Choice, Whispers and Monitor and Abuse. Then enjoy as you massacere those poor souls.
For a normal Pig Build, I use a sketch addon and the last will addon, Thrilling Tremors/BBQ and Chili, Pop goes the Weasel, Whispers and a perk to help with chases, Usually Enduring or STBFL.

Nurse's or I'm All Ears, probably. Or if you really wanted a gen perk for some reason in 2020 then pop or corrupt. But I'd definitely recommend learning how to use whispers properly. I don't use it, but once you know how whispers works it's invaluable to you as a killer.

Personally, I really like the Surveillance + Ruin + BBQ build, and I also use another slowdown/chase perk with it, currently i'm using Thanataphobia, but Enduring or STBFL would prolly work too.
For addons, I use combat straps and face mask to ensure survivors have to do jigsaw boxes, even if the trap isn't activated.
To make this build work the best, I usually try to scare people off gens at the start, or get some quick down (but it is ok if you have to sacrifice 1 or 2 gens at the start, if you manage to never lose too much pressure). I usually don't try to time my traps, but instead but them on the first 4 downs I get. If you're lucky, this will mean every survivor has a trap on at once.
Because of the blindness, there prolly won't be much healing, so you can theoretically snowball really well if you play your cards right. Even if there are people trapless by the time you run out, it should be fine if you tunnel the trapless survivors a bit, because the trapped survivors won't be able to see the hook their teammate is on. Also, in this time, only 1 or 2 gens should be done, because everyone will be running around trying to get rid of their traps, and you can get quite a lot of downs in that time, as well.
TL/DR: Surveillance, Ruin, BBQ, Thanataphobia, with combat straps and facemask (also, spam traps and tunnel trapless survivors)

Monitor and abuse combined with whispers is a must because you will know they're near before they hear the TR then you can crouch and find them.
You can combine with the ruin/undying meta but i personally like discordance and pop goes the weasel
