I’m confused about deep wound

See, I don’t know if legion’s ability works when you are in the terror radius. They say deep wound doesn’t work when the killer is close to you, but I just played a match against legion, and the bar was going down while I was in the terror radius? Does anybody know what’s going on?

    This was changed quite recently. Before Deep Wound would not have go down while in Terror Radius, now it will go down while near the Killer, but not, if the Survivor is running.

    (There would have been a nasty Combo possible where the Survivor becomes Oblivous, meaning that they do not hear any Terror Radius, which means that it would go down, while being chased by the Killer, resulting in the Survivor just going into the Dying State after a few seconds)
