Rank Matchmaking Major Issue

This is a massive common problem for me and my friends, we get people in our lobby with a great difference in rank. Below are examples of when i was killer, it happens all the time and shouldn't. It makes the game much less enjoyable when you aren't playing with players of your own skill level, plus it isn't fair.
I just reached green rank, and so it throws me in with four red ranks?!
In this match, i was in a lobby with grey ranks.
It can happen either way and give one side a major advantage.

This matchmaking is random, it pisses me off that I am playing with 3 red ranks survivors when I am 11 rank killer.
