NOED is bugged
The description of noed states "Once the exit gates are powered,if there is a dull hex totem remaining on the map, this hex is applied to it"
Which is cool and all but it hasn't been working properly and its been screwing me and other survivors over pretty hard. Whenever I get into a game with a killer running NOED it NEVER ACTIVATES WHEN THE EXIT GATES ARE POWERED, it instead activates when the killer hits a survivor. Just now i played a game where i decided to run the killer around a pallet so my teammates could open the doors and i got downed in a single hit despite noed obviously not being active, and also being at full health. It activated upon him striking me and i went down and died (which is completely unfair). NOED is a perfectly fine perk but this needs to be fixed, me and my teammates will literally never know if the killer has NOED until he hits one of us, at which moment it is entirely to late for the downed survivor. Bottom line is, NOED is not activating when it should be and needs to be addressed and fixed ASAP.

I also wanted to add the fact that whenever i play as the killer NOED acts perfectly fine and activates once the gens are all done.

The perk works fine
gens done -- killer given NOED buff -- killer one shots.

It does activate when the gates are powered, it just doesn't notify you until somebody gets hit. Either do more bones or dont get hit when the gates turn on. Also keep in mind that it ONLY affects M1 attacks. Dashes, hatchets, etc do NOT down you unless injured. The sole exception to this is the Deathslinger, assuming he lands an M1 after spearing you

Thats not how it works for me, whenever i myself play as the killer it immediately activates upon the 5th gen being completed regardless if i had hit a survivor at the same time or not

It does it the same way whether you're killer or survivor it just doesn't notify the survivors that you have insta Downs until you hit somebody.
Most survivors have learnt to tell that a killer has no one escapes death before they get hit simply because the killer moves faster.
