Plague sandbagging

I would like to know why a plague can pin me in a corner on Leary’s and infect me fully with one charge and I can do nothing. Why can’t you have a boost when she injures you with her base power or if she does like Myers and has no collision while charging her ability. I say this as one who plays as her occasionally and one who plays against her a bit too. She only got her first two hooks on me by doing this.

Dude I've had a game turn from a 1K at the end to a 3K just because I caught 3 consecutive people in a row doing the same exact corner hiding mistake. Just don't do it against certain killers. If you're close enough to a killer for them to even pin you into a corner, you obviously let them get too close before trying to move away.

If you hide in a corner and lick a wall it is your fault if the killer finds you.

Should Billy and Bubba also not have collision because they can instadown?

The reason Plague still has collision is because it would be too easy to avoid her puke by walking through her model while she is charging her Vile Purge. It wouldn’t be fair to her. She still has to hit survivors. All Myers has to do is look at them.

Ok some people misunderstand here. I didn’t sit in a corner the whole game. I was playing on Lery’s which everywhere you step is a corner btw and corner juking is one of the only resources left from being in solo queue. I get trapped while fully healed and she gets a free hook. I probably shouldn’t have worded the thing as while charging her ability but why can she have that when she finishes the puke during her cooldown

There is an inherent risk/reward ratio for every play. You could, say, run away and loop her, or play stealthy in a smarter manner that doesn't just involve crouching in a corner (like taking advantage of the killer's first person view and crouching around objects that block their LoS) and instead you opted for the least skillful form of stealth that has a very high risk if you get caught.

Try to play in other ways of stealth that are harder to learn but don't have such a high commitment so that you can run away if you get spotted.
