When playing against Doctor or Freddy/playing them, the FPS will drop if any static effect, dream world, or overlay effect(blood, vomit, etc) are in effect

• Description of the issue. When playing against Doctor or Freddy/playing them, the FPS will drop if any static effect, dream world, or overlay effect(blood, vomit, etc) are in effect

• How often does this occur. Whenever an effect that affects the overlay happen, or the world around you (Dream World)
